The National Structured Settlements Trade Association advances the use of structured settlements as a mens of resolving injury, Workers' Compensation, and other claims utilizing periodic payments.
The Association has more than 400 members that negotiate and implement structured settlements of cases involving persons with serious long term physical injuries. And provides a forum for regulating certified education, and the ethics and practices of its member consultants. The membership is comprised of firms that consult with plaintiff and defendant parties.
